When you are ready to start importing your contacts in bulk, you will need to export them from their current directory into a CSV, or a Comma-Separated Values document.
Exporting contacts from Gmail
Go to contacts.google.com
On the left side menu, select More and then Export
In the pop up, select Export As: Outlook CSV

Exporting from Outlook Live:
Go to outlook.live.com/people/
On the top menu bar, select Manage and Export Contacts
The file automatically exports as a CSV that is compatible with our system

Exporting from iCloud:
Apple does not provide a simple way to export your contacts directly from your phone. There are third party apps that you can use, or you can do it through your iCloud Account.
Go to icloud.com and go to contacts
Select the contacts you want to export (you can select multiple using the Shift key)
Select the gear icon in the bottom left corner and select Export VCard
Use a tool such as Tribulant to convert the file to a CSV

Exporting from A CRM:
Most CRMs allow you to export all of your contacts into a CSV. Each one is a bit different so you may need to contact your IT department for specifics.
Select the fields you want to export. At a minimum, you will want: First Name, Last Name, Email, Address Street, Address City, Address State, Address Postal Code, and Phone. If you have information such as birthdays or anniversaries, be sure to include those as well.
To import your list into your Forget Me Not ai account, go to the dropdown menu from Add A Contact, choose Import from CSV, confirm you own the information and have permission to contact the individuals, and select the file.
In the coming months we will add direct integrations with CRMs and Google to make this step even easier.
